Head chef Will Nelson has put together an evening celebrating the versitility of the pig with a 7 course tasting menu & cider pairing. We’ll be inviting some of our fantastic suppliers along too who will be giving you an insight into their businesses as well as methods and there will be a cider matched with each of the 7 delcious dishes.
